     On 12/20/17 at about 2:00 PM, while at the OnondagaCounty Justice
Center, located at 555 S. State St., in the City of Syracuse, County of
Onondaga, State of New York, the said defendant, William M. Player III, was
arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Honorable David H. Hawthorne of
the City of Fulton Court on 11/29/17.
     It is alleged that the defendant failed to appear as ordered.

Narrative

  On the 22nd day of December 2017, at approximately 4:10 PM, while at 141
S. First St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York the
defendant, David Porter was arrested for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the
Sixth degree.
  It is alleged that on the 17th day of December, 2017 at approximately 12:41
PM, while at 12 W. First St. S. (Price Chopper) in the City of Fulton, the said
defendant along with co defendant, Tammy Perry, did enter Price Chopper with 

the intent to steal items.  Furthermore while inside, the said defendant and co 

defendant did intentionally steal a Rave hair spray, two PICS salted butter 

packages, a PICS whole bean coffee, two packages of Herkimer cheese logs, 

a PICS whipped milk and a cucumber by concealing the said items in the 

co defendant's purse and coat.  The aggregate value of the said items is $28.82.

Narrative

  On the 23rd day of December 2017, at approximately 12:53 pm, while at
151 W. Third Street South, the defendant, Dwyane A. Wells, was arrested for
Harassment 2nd, Endangering the welfare of a child, Criminal Obstruction of
breathing and blood circulation, 2 counts of Criminal Contempt 1st and 2
counts of Aggravated Family offense.
  It is alleged that on the 23rd day of December 2017, during early morning
hours, while at 151 W. Third Street the said defendant did engage in a
physical domestic dispute with the victim while in the presence of a child. 

Furthermore, the defendant did grab the victim by the throat and apply pressure 

to it.  The defendant also shoved the victim to the ground.  This occurred while 

in close proximity to the child.  The defendant’s actions were likely to be
injurious to the child’s physical well being. The defendant's actions also
violated two duly served and valid orders of protection, which were issued by
Fulton City Court November 9, 2017 and are valid through November 9, 2018. 

The defendant committed a designated family offense, Criminal Obstruction of 

breathing and blood circulation and had been previously convicted of a Family 

offense, Menacing in the 3rd degree, within the past five years, November 2, 2016.

Narrative

   On the 24th day of December, 2017, at approximately 12:39 P.M., while at
203 Oneida St. in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York,
the defendant, Michael Diefenbacher, was arrested on the charges of
Harrasment in the Second Degree and Strangulation in the Second Degree.
   It is alleged that on the above date, and location, sometime during the
morning hours, the defendant did strike the victim in the head with his hand. Said 

actions of the defendant did cause the victim to strike her head against a wall. It is 

further alleged that the defendant placed both hands around the victim’s neck and 

applied enough pressure to cause her to have difficulty breathing. The said 

defendant then placed his arm around her neck and applied pressure until she 

lost consciousness.
