  On the 28th day of December, 2017, at approximately 11:51 A.M., while at
the New York State Police barracks, located at 3071 Belgium RD,
Baldwinsville, County of Onondaga, State of New York, the defendant,
Joshua Gullen was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the City of Fulton
Court and signed by HON. Hawthorne on November 2, 2017, for petit larceny.
  It is alleged that the above named defendant having been arraigned upon
the above mentioned accusatory instrument commencing this criminal action;
and the above mentioned court requiring said defendant's personal appearance 

in this pending criminal action; and the defendant having failed to appear;

Narrative
-------
   On the 29th day of December, 2017, at approximately 11:06 A.M., while at
580 S. First St., in the City of Fulton, County of Oswego, State of New York,
the defendant, James W. Libbey-Stone, was arrested for two counts of
endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest and unlawful possession
of marihuana.
   It is alleged that on the aforementioned time, date and location the said
defendant did knowingly and unlawfully possess two multicolored glass pipes
which contained burnt marihuana residue.
   It is further alleged the defendant did knowingly and unlawfully smoke
marihuana while caring for and in the presence of two children. The defendant 

also intentionally attempted to prevent himself from being arrested by pulling 

away from uniformed police officers and refused to place his hands behind his 

back after being told he was under arrest. The defendant's actions were within 

1-2 feet of the children and caused them distress. The defendant's actions were 

likely to be injurious to the physical, mental and moral welfare of the children, who 

are less than seventeen years of age.

Narrative
-------
     On the 30th day of December, 2017, at 2:21 am, while at 101 Meadowbrook 

 Circle, in the City of Fulton, the defendant, Christopher J. Candee, was arrested 

for harassment in the second degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, 

resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
     It is alleged that on the above date and location, at 2:00 am, the defendant 

Christopher J. Candee, during a domestic dispute with the victim did grab the 

victim by the neck and drag her into a bedroom while preventing her from leaving 

the apartment. The defendant then, at 2:15 am, did resist his arrest for the charge 

of driving while intoxicated, by pulling away from officers and preventing himself 

from being handcuffed. Said defendant subsequently provided a breath sample 

which returned a blood alcohol content of .23 % of alcohol by volume.
